Often considered the crème de la crème of raw honey, with a delightfully spreadable texture and superb natural flavor. Using a special cold process technique we preserve all the vital nutrients in our honey, while creating a deliciously creamy, no-drip spread.
We begin with our smoothest, naturally granulated honey. These fine honey crystals seed the mixture with our fresh wildflower honey. Over 48 hours, the mixture is stirred carefully ever 15 minutes, producing our signature crème honey.
Our cold process creates our signature artisanal crème honey, full of flavor and nutrients.
Our raw wildflower honey’s distinctive harmony of flavors blends beautifully to create an exceptional crème honey. People’s faces light up when they first try it, as though surprised honey can taste this good.
Waupaca’s soil, climate, and vegetation are known for yielding an exquisite wildflower honey. Unlike some beekeepers, we place our beehives near flowering woodland meadows out in nature, ensuring a pure, raw honey just as the bees intended it.
Kent, co-owner and beekeeper, handles his bees’ honey from the moment it leaves their hives until it reaches you. By carefully extracting, bottling, and storing it on-site, he ensures you receive all the vital nutrients that his bees offer you… a naturally delicious, sweet treat.
With every purchase, you support a family business for whom bees are not just a way of life, but a passion. By supporting our beekeeping, you ensure that we’re able to maintain a happy, healthy population of local pollinators, whose benefits to our world extend far beyond honey itself.
